a. Final report on Plantings 2012- Andrew All the plantings look good as of 11/15. The last planting was 2,000’ of shore line or ¼ ac. 79 % of the plants remain. Main loss is due to errison. The last planting loss 90%. Looks like the planting in general looks good. For the most part this type of planting isn’t usually successful, but due to the draught we are doing better than normal. The reproduction of the soft stem and hard stem bulrush from seed are coming up and this isn’t a usually.
b.. update on Commercial Fishing- Jed Monsoor gave us a summary of how they are doing since they arrived. He said that they didn’t expect to do as good as they are now. There are more fishing than there were here last year. They are using larger nets thus not getting the numbers of game fish. Although there are still large walleye’s being caught in the nets along with some large Northerns. There is a large number of carp located on the east. The totals thus far they have 946,590 # of yellow carp and 151,800 #’s of White Carp for a total of 1,098,390#’s of carp. Monsoors have a digital scale that they use to determine the weight that is put on the truck. Comm Gettelman made a motion to pay Jed Monsoor Fisheries $10,000 for the 400,000 #’s of carp taken in 2011 today, and $25,000 in January of 2013 for the 1,000,000 #s of carp taken in 2012. 2nd by Comm Whirry Motion Passed

e, Buoys for 2013—Comm Masters gave a summary of the buoys. He noted that 2 buoys that had lights were broken off and a couple of other buoys had tops broken.
Comm Masters brought up that the Princeton Fire/ Rescue would like to have 5 different sets of lights on each side of the lake. This would be for emergency purpose. He got a light estimate for all these lights at the cost of, $2,9600. Now that cost seemed to be prohibitive. Now they are thinking of going through the power companies. He asked if the district would be in favor of this. Chairman Malsack didn’t feel that it was a district’s responsibility.
